Cheryl has more than seventeen years of progressive experience in the ADR field and holds National Mediator Accreditation. Her professional history covers a variety of mediator roles across a number of government departments in regional Queensland. Her practice includes mediations in commercial and business disputes, child protection and family matters, as well as, workplace and community disputes.
Cheryl spent thirteen years managing conflict in a large secondary school, where she also successfully translated an adult mediation program into a youth friendly service. Alongside implementing this unique initiative, she effectively taught conflict management and mediation skills.
Cheryl is the recipient of a National Award of Excellence in Dispute Resolution, and is an Expert Assessor for an International Mediation Competition. She is a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education, and also holds a Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution.
